FYI...
"Palmer" Mumper was adopted on 08/01/2007 at approximately 9pm from a Labrador Retriever Rescue Shelter. He is "approximately" 9 months old and 50 lbs. The whole Mumper family is doing well. :)
The fact that Palmer is a black lab is a tribute to Deuce...we know that dude's really not replaceable.
Kate and Jack had the name selected for more than a year now - their first choice was 'WHODEY' but could you imagine if he ever got out of the yard late on a Saturday night in the fall - we'd be walking all around the neighborhood yelling his name...people would be hanging out their windows yelling it back at us!
Due to the fact that he was rescued, Palmer needs more training and attention than a normal 9 month old. We'll get him on track in a few weeks.

Whoa... we adopted him at 9pm (seriously), he's approx 9 months old, and if you add the day and month of adoption, 8+1 is 9. What # is Carson? Ooooooohhhhhhh - that is so weird.
